1. Installation environment

The stabilized power supply should be used indoors in a ventilated and dry place with strict requirements for use. The installation site should be free of gas, steam, chemical deposits, dust, greasy dirt and other explosive and corrosive media that seriously affect the insulation performance of the air regulator , There should be no severe vibration and bumps.

When the stabilized power supply arrives at the installation site, it should be installed and handled lightly. The air stabilizer should always be in a vertical upward state, and shall not be subjected to wind, snow, ice, and hail.

Before debugging and installing the stabilized power supply, you must first check that all parts of the equipment are intact, the fixing parts should be firm and reliable, and reconfirm whether the voltage of the use occasion is consistent with the voltage of the air regulator. When the equipment is a three-phase four-wire system, separate phases For the adjustment method, the reliability of the neutral line (zero line) connection of the system is required to be high, and the contact resistance of the neutral line (zero line) connection should be reduced as much as possible. The voltage stabilizing equipment must be well connected to the ground, and the ground wire cannot be used together with the repeated ground wire of the power system (the neutral wire and the side with the ground wire) to ensure safety and improve anti-interference performance.

2. Matters needing attention

1. In order to prevent magnetic leakage interference, the distance between the AC air regulator and the equipment used should not be less than 2 meters. All kinds of magnetic records, discs, cards, etc. should be 2 meters away from the machine to prevent accidental magnetization.

2. Air regulators generally include input terminals (A, B, C), output terminals (a, b, c, n), shielding, and iron core shell grounding terminals. These terminals have been correctly connected in the voltage regulator system.

3. If the unbalance of the load exceeds 20%, connect a resistive load in parallel on the light-load phase to balance it. Similarly, if the unbalance of the line voltage at the input end is greater than 10%, it will also affect the voltage regulation performance of the unit At this time, a single-phase voltage regulator should be set from the input end to make the line voltage at the input end basically balanced. The balance of the input voltage and load does not exceed the above range, and the output line voltage unbalance ≤5%.

4. When the load equipment has a short circuit, the user needs to turn it off for inspection, and then turn it on again after eliminating the short circuit fault.

5. When the continuous working time is long, the machine will have a certain temperature rise, and the indicated value will drop slightly, which is slightly lower than the actual voltage value.

6. It should be placed in a place with good ventilation. If the ventilation conditions are poor, please install a ventilation fan indoors.
